A box of cigars is the best way to stock up on a cigar you already love. Most premium boxes hold 20 to 25 cigars, though some brands pack more or fewer depending on the size. Buying by the box usually lowers your cost per cigar, and it keeps your favorite on hand for weeknights, celebrations and gifts.
Every box here shows its exact count, along with each cigar's strength, wrapper and Burn Clock time. Still deciding? Try a blend first in Cigar Packs or Cigar Samplers, then come back for the box.

Cigar Box FAQ
How many cigars are in a box?
Most premium cigar boxes hold 20, 24 or 25 cigars. Some brands do their own thing: Padrón boxes hold 26, many boutique and Davidoff boxes hold 10, and value boxes like the Arturo Fuente Curly Head hold 40. The exact count is listed on every product page and in the title.
How much is a box of cigars?
It depends on the brand, the size of the cigar and how many come in the box. Smaller boxes of 10 are the most affordable way in, most standard boxes of 20 to 25 fall in between, and rare, hard-to-find cigars like Liga Privada No. 9 sit at the top of the range. The best way to compare is cost per cigar, not the box total.
Is it cheaper to buy cigars by the box?
Usually, yes. Box pricing generally works out lower per cigar than buying the same cigars as singles or small packs. The tradeoff is committing to one blend, so a box makes the most sense for a cigar you've already tried and know you'll finish.
How do I store a box of cigars?
Cigars stay fresh at about 65 to 70 percent humidity and room temperature. A humidor is best. Short of that, keep the box in an airtight container with a two-way humidity pack. Before ordering, make sure you have room: a box of 25 takes up real space in a small humidor.
Is "box-pressed" the same as a box of cigars?
They sound alike, but they mean different things. "Box-pressed" describes a cigar's shape: it's pressed into a squared-off form, which gives it a firm draw and a slightly slower burn. "A box of cigars" is simply how many you're buying. You'll find box-pressed cigars sold as singles, in packs and in boxes.
