Diamante is the 1935 Anniversary line with its own blend, tobacco held back for extra aging. The Montecristo 1935 Anniversary Edicion Diamante Grande (6 x 60) is a box-pressed gordo made from Nicaraguan tobacco top to bottom, in Nicaragua.
The extra time shows as smoothness: dark chocolate, leather, espresso and spice, medium-full rather than heavy. The 60 ring slows the burn to about 85 minutes, a Weekend Warrior on the Burn Clock.
