Age Restriction
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any product from Cigar Nation.
Federal law prohibits the sale of any tobacco product, including cigars, to anyone under 21 years of age. This requirement was established when Congress amended the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act in December 2019 (commonly known as "Tobacco 21" or "T21"), and it applies nationwide with no exceptions for military status or state of residence.
Some states and localities set additional restrictions beyond the federal minimum. Where a state or local law is stricter than federal law, Cigar Nation follows the stricter standard.
Verification at Point of Purchase
Before you can browse or purchase from cigarnation.com, you are required to confirm that you meet the minimum legal age. At checkout, we collect the information necessary to confirm your identity and date of birth. Orders placed with false or incomplete age information will be canceled.
Verification at Delivery
Age verification for Cigar Nation orders occurs primarily at the point of purchase. Cigar Nation reserves the right to require an adult signature and valid government-issued photo identification at the time of delivery for any order, at our discretion or as required by the laws of the destination state or locality. Where signature-on-delivery is required, packages cannot be left unattended, and deliveries cannot be redirected to a location where age cannot be confirmed.
False Information
Providing false age or identity information to purchase from Cigar Nation is a violation of this policy and may violate state and federal law. Cigar Nation reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and report attempts at fraudulent age verification where appropriate.

State and Local Compliance
Tobacco laws vary by state, and some states and municipalities restrict or prohibit the shipment of tobacco products altogether. Cigar Nation reviews shipping eligibility by destination and reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled in compliance with the laws of the recipient's state or locality.
