Tier hats are never sold. The only way to own one is to earn it. Member discounts exclude a short list of allocated brands and can't be combined with sales or other codes.
Collect a Stamp From Every Cigar Country
Nearly every premium cigar we carry is made in one of three countries. On your insert, each country prints as a dotted outline until you order a cigar from there, then it fills in solid. Collect all three and you complete your passport.

The Fine Print, in Plain Words
The rules that keep the program fair for everyone.
- Only cigars count. Accessories never add to your progress, and never hold it back.
- An order counts toward your rank when it includes at least $25 of cigars. Several orders on the same day count as one, and refunded or cancelled orders don't count.
- Stamps and badges are yours for good. If 12 months pass without a cigar order, your rank starts fresh and ongoing perks pause until you climb back.
- One-time rewards are earned once per member, even if you climb back to a rank after a reset.
- One-time rewards arrive as single-use codes on your insert and by email, and expire 90 days after they're issued.
- Free shipping for Nation Ambassadors applies to U.S. addresses. Members must be 21 or older.
- Rewards, merch items, and perks are subject to change or substitution. Cigar Nation may update or end the program at any time. See our Terms of Use.
Cigar Rewards Program FAQ
Do I need to sign up for the Cigar Nation Passport Program™?
No. Every customer is enrolled automatically with their first cigar order. There's no account to create, no app, and no points balance to manage.
Where do I see my passport progress?
On the personalized insert printed inside every order. It shows your current rank, the country stamps you've collected, the badges you've earned, and how many orders until your next rank.
Is this a points program?
No. There are no points to earn, track, or redeem. Your rank, stamps, and badges are worked out from your full Cigar Nation order history every time you order.
Do my orders from before the program launched count?
Yes. Your passport is built from your complete order history, so past cigar orders count toward your rank, stamps, and badges.
Do cigar accessories count toward the program?
The program tracks cigars. Cutters, lighters, ashtrays, and other cigar accessories don't count toward rank, stamps, or badges, and they never hold you back either.
Do cigar samplers earn country stamps?
Cigar samplers earn the Explorer badge. A sampler that mixes cigars from several countries doesn't earn a country stamp on its own, so pick up a single-blend cigar from each country to fill your stamp page.
How do I earn the Belgium bonus stamp?
Order our Davidoff Mini Cigarillos, which are machine made in Belgium. Bonus stamps are extras for collectors, so you never need one to complete your passport.
Can I lose my stamps or badges?
Never. Country stamps and badges are permanent. If more than 12 months pass between cigar orders, your rank starts fresh and ongoing perks pause, but every stamp and badge stays on your passport.
How does the member discount work?
Frequent Flyers and World Travelers save 5% on every order, and Nation Ambassadors save 10%. The discount applies automatically at checkout, excludes a short list of allocated brands, and can't be combined with sales or other codes.
How does Nation Ambassador free shipping work?
Once you reach your 15th cigar order, every order to a U.S. address ships free from then on, no matter the order size.
