What if my order arrives damaged?
We take every precaution to ensure your cigars arrive in excellent condition. If your order is damaged, contact us immediately at info@cigarnation.com. Do not discard any items or packaging. Items must be unsmoked and in original condition.
Do you accept returns?
We will accept returns under certain circumstances. You must request authorization within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be sent back in appropriate protective packaging. For more details, visit our Returns Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because we process orders quickly, we can’t guarantee cancellation or changes after checkout. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please contact us immediately for urgent changes.
