Three jets, and the reason that matters comes down to ring gauge. Many of today's most popular cigars run wide, and a single jet on a 54 or 60 ring gauge foot means rotating the cigar and chasing cold spots. A triple jet torch lays a broad flame across the whole foot in one pass, so you get an even light faster and burn less butane doing it.
The flame is wind resistant enough for a porch, a patio, or a golf cart, and the lighter itself is a straightforward, functional torch with no gimmicks. It carries a small Drew Estate logo, a quiet nod for anyone whose humidor leans toward Liga Privada, Undercrown, or Deadwood, but the real reason to pick one up is the flame. At this price it also makes a sensible backup lighter for the golf bag or travel kit, or an easy add-on gift for the cigar smoker in your life.
