First, the name. The 44 in Arturo Fuente Rosado Sungrown Magnum R 44 (4 7/8 x 47) is how many cigars come in the box, not the size of the cigar. Each one is a corona extra, and it is the size that put the Magnum R line on the map: Cigar Aficionado named it the No. 6 Cigar of 2016, rated 94.
The wrapper is Ecuadorian Rosado, sun grown and reddish, aged for close to a decade before rolling, over Dominican binder and filler from the Dominican Republic. You may notice squared-off sides; the Magnum R is not pressed square on purpose, the cigars are simply packed so tightly into the box that they take on that shape.
